Sure. There are a few things that need to be in place for us to transfer your domain here:
- The Administrative contact email address must be valid
- The domain must NOT be locked
- The domain must NOT be expired
- And we need your EPP key / Authorization code
- If you have privacy on your domain, it must be removed
You can generally get all the issues above rectified by logging into your current domain account.
