Webmail

Webmail allows you to send and receive email from any computer that has an internet connection and a web browser.

To access your webmail, go to http://yourdomain.com/webmail (just replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name).

Login with your email address and email password.

When you login to webmail you'll see three programs to choose from: Horde, Roundcube, and Squirrelmail. You can use one today, one tomorrow, and the third another day.

All your mail will show up no matter what program you use. The only thing that won't is your contact list - you have to add your contacts to each if you want to us them all. Most people try them all out then settle down on one program, then add their contacts to that one.

First, click "Got It!" to acknowledge that you can alter your configuration at any time.

Each webmail program has its pros and cons.

1. Horde is the most feature-packed program.

2. Roundcube displays html email best. You just have to click the "Display Images" link on an email to see the images.

3. Squirrelmail - may be the easiest to use with the simplest features.

Note - you don't have to use webmail at all. You can set up an email program (like Outlook) on your own computer and/or Smartphone to send and receive your email. See the Email sectio of this knowledgebase.

2. Click Personal Information.
3. Type in your desired signature in the Signature box.
4. Click Submit in the lower right corner to save your signature.

In Roundcube:
1. Click Settings in the upper right corner.
2. Click on the Identities tab.
3. Click your email address to bring up the Signature tab.
4. Type in your desired signature in the Signature box.
5. Click the Save button located underneath the tabs.

In Horde:
1. Click on "Options" in the upper menu bar.
2. Click on "Mail" at the top of the page
3. Then you will see the "Mail Options" screen and click on "Personal Information."
4. Type in your desired signature in the Signature box.

If you use an email program like Outlook, the settings would be under File > Accounts etc depending on the version you use.
