How to connect using FTPES

FTPES is fully supported here.

FTPES is the most secure method you can use to connect to an FTP server. The protocol explicitly requests a connection with an FTP server on port 21 and the FTP server will automatically negotiate an encrypted connection on a port that it determines. This process is automatic and doesn't require user interaction but it's a good idea to check and make sure that your FTP software has full outbound access through your firewall.

Most modern FTP software supports FTPES and should work with minimal configuration changes. You'll want to select "Auth TLS" or "explicit encryption" in order to connect to our FTP service.
