To export email from Roundcube:
1. Select individual messages in the Messages List
2. Choose Download (.eml) from the More menu in the toolbar.
3. Choose where to save the exported .eml file if prompted, otherwise find the file in the “Downloads” folder on your computer.
Once you have the emails on your computer, you have to import them into your email program, like Outlook, for example.
